What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Process and manage online accounts and consumer loans
? Respond to routine and complex customer inquiries regarding consumer products and services
? Provide customers with solutions that meet their financial needs
? Deliver exceptional service and achieve first call resolution while adhering to compliance guidelines
? Assist customers with navigating and troubleshooting various online products

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Must be available to work in the Mandan location
? One or more years of customer service experience
? Experience in a call center or customer service setting
? General understanding of standard bank transactions as well as common products and services
? Ability to work flexible hours including a Saturday rotation

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired but not required
