Job Description

As a Customer Care Representative for Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

– Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

– Familiarity with computer systems and customer service software.

– Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
