Practice handling common customer inquiries. ? First Customer Interaction (45 minutes) ? Start taking incoming chat requests. ? Greet customers warmly and professionally. ? Listen attentively to their inquiries or concerns. ? Provide accurate and helpful responses in a timely manner. ? Follow company guidelines for handling different types of inquiries (e.g., troubleshooting, billing, product information). ? Break (10 minutes) ? Take a short break to rest and recharge. ? Stretch or walk around to avoid sitting for too long. ? Grab a healthy snack or drink. ? Second Customer Interaction (45 minutes) ? Resume taking incoming chat requests. ? Assist customers with any additional inquiries or issues. ? Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude. ? Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately. ? Wrap-Up and Feedback (15 minutes) ? Complete any remaining tasks, such as updating customer records or notes. ? Provide feedback to supervisors if there were any challenging situations or areas for improvement. ? Log out of the chat system and prepare to end the shift. ? Post-Shift Reflection (10 minutes) ? Reflect on the shift: What went well? What could be improved? ? Make notes for yourself on any learnings or areas to focus on for future shifts. ?
