What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Provide a high-quality experience for candidates through effective communication and follow-through
? Build influential relationships with candidates during the recruitment cycle
? Develop strong partnerships with community organizations, colleges, and employment agencies
? Organize and attend hiring events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
? Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent required
? Minimum of 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
? Experience in high volume recruiting
? Proven ability to develop partnerships with internal and external customers
? Strong verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Bachelor?s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
? High volume recruiting experience is highly preferred
? Experience recruiting in an ABA or behavioral health environment preferred
