Job Description

CVS Health is seeking an experienced and compassionate Telemedicine Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Telemedicine Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality virtual healthcare services to our patients nationwide. This role involves leveraging modern telehealth technologies to deliver care and advice, ensuring patient satisfaction and adherence to treatment plans.

In this role, you will work remotely, providing convenient and efficient medical care to patients from the comfort of their homes. Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.


• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.


• Experience in telemedicine or remote patient care is preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficient in using telehealth technologies and electronic health records (EHR).


• Ability to work independently and make informed clinical decisions.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual medical consultations and follow-ups to patients via telehealth platforms.


• Assess patient symptoms, medical histories, and current health conditions.


• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.


• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive health measures.


• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the EHR system.


• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and best practices.

Educational Qualifications

– Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution is preferred.

– Active RN license in the state of employment.

Experience

– Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

– Previous experience in telemedicine or remote patient care is highly desirable.
