Job Title: Medical Call center Rep

Pay Rate: $16/hr. Weekly+ Full time

Schedule: Mon-Sat. 8am-10pm CST (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK AN 8-HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN HOURS OF OPERATION)
? MUST BE RESIDE IN THE FOLLOWING STATES OF UT, FL, AZ, GA, KY, or TX FOR CONSIDERATION***

What You Will Do Day To Day?
? Answer inbound calls and make some outbound calls assisting with medically related inquires.
? Using computer skills for data entry.
? Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
? Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
? Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.

Requirements: MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OR MORE OF RECENT CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS) ? Recent experience in a medical office or call center (preferred). ? Must have High Speed Internet with modem access. ? Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. ? Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes (preferred). ? Proficient in computer systems, scheduling software, and electronic medical records (EMR). ? Excellent customer service skills with a patient-focused attitude. ? Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. ? Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
