Description

Amazon Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team in Washington State. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Requirements

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills

– Strong problem-solving abilities

– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy work environment

– Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

– Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

– Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

– Provide accurate information about our products and services

– Resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously

– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

– Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Educational Qualifications

Experience
