What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Welcome customers upon arrival and gather feedback to enhance their rental experience
• Conduct vehicle checks for damages and assist customers in completing damage reports
• Advise customers on rental charges and provide accurate receipts
• Maintain organization of the lot to ensure smooth traffic flow
• Complete service alerts for mechanical issues reported by customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day and/or evening hours

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
