The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and remain calm under pressure. Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat... ? Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services ? Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently ? Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and internal processes ? Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions ? Continuously enhance product knowledge to provide better support to customers Requirements: ? At least 1 year of experience in customer service ? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ? Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities ? Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment ? Patience and empathy in dealing with customers ? Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite) ? Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
