Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. ? Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. ? Provide accurate information about Delta Airlines? services and policies. ? Update customer accounts and records as necessary. ? Assist customers with booking and changing flight reservations. ? Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism. ? Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. ? Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude at all times.
