Job Summary

Delta Airlines is seeking a dedicated Flight Crew Operations professional to join our esteemed team. This position is a full-time role offering a competitive salary of $65,000 per year. Our operations are based in Atlanta, GA, and require flexibility in working hours, with shifts typically spanning 8 to 12 hours. Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and service standards of our flight operations. You will work closely with the flight crew and ground operations staff to facilitate seamless operations, uphold Delta’s commitment to customer satisfaction, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

– Coordinate with flight crew to ensure timely departures and arrivals.

– Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

– Assist in training new flight crew members on operational procedures and safety protocols.

– Communicate effectively with ground staff to manage passenger boarding and logistics.

– Facilitate problem-solving during flight operations, addressing any issues that may arise.

– Maintain accurate records and documentation related to flight operations.

– Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training sessions.

Requirements

– Valid FAA Flight Attendant Certificate or equivalent certification.

– Strong communication and teamwork skills.

– Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.

– Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

– Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor? degree in aviation or a related field is preferred.

Experience

– At least 1 year of experience in a flight operations or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
