Working Hours

Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Eastern Standard Time)

Responsibilities
? Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat.
? Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping tasks.
? Assist with administrative tasks and project coordination.
? Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
? Maintain confidentiality of client information.
? Update and maintain client databases and CRM systems.
? Prepare and send out regular reports as required.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
