What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Organize, manage, and execute curricula updates along with learning system enhancements
• Gather functional requirements and develop analytics to support learning initiatives
• Design dashboards, reports, and presentations to inform business partners on learning execution
• Assist with training and customer service inquiries related to the Learning Management System
• Maintain knowledge of business unit processes and recommend improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in a relevant field
• Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in a related field of study
• Must be at least eighteen years of age and legally permitted to work in the United States
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with reporting tools such as Google Cloud Platform and Big Query
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R and Python
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker Studio, PowerBI, and Tableau
• Working knowledge of HR processes
• Experience in project management
