**Job Description:**
Apple Inc. is seeking a dedicated and problem-solving Technical Support Specialist to join our remote workforce on a part-time basis. **Requirements:**

**Responsibilities:**
1. Provide timely and accurate customer support for various technical inquiries related to Apple products.
2. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to determine causes and solutions.
3. Document customer interactions and technical solutions efficiently.
4. Maintain a deep understanding of all Apple products and updates.
5. Educate customers on features and functionalities of Apple products.
6. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
7. Maintain privacy and confidentiality of customer information.
