Key Responsibilities: ? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. ? Resolve customer issues by clarifying problems, researching answers, and implementing solutions. ? Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. ? Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. ? Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. ? Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer service processes. ? Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

Requirements: ? High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. ? Previous customer service experience, preferably in a virtual environment. ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. ? Proficiency with computers and various software applications. ? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ? Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed.

Educational Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent required. ? Some college education preferred.

Experience:
? Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
