What Is Required (Qualifications)

? Ability to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment

? Tech-savvy with the ability to troubleshoot minor computer issues
? Minimum equipment requirement: wired internet connection and high-quality wired headset with a microphone

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Previous work experience at a call center
? Strong written and verbal communication skills
? Self-motivated and highly driven with the ability to work independently
? Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment
? Availability to work a minimum of 2 hours on weekends
