Key Responsibilities: ? Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear, concise, and effective communication. ? Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary. ? Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers. ? Documentation: Accurately record and document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the customer service database. ? Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products, services, and overall customer experience. ? Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. ? Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. ? Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or customer support environment. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. ? Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively. ? Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
