Job Description


As a Customer Relations Advisor at Amazon Inc., you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. By providing exceptional service and support, you will help drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.


Requirements



  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficiency in using computer applications and the internet

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus


Responsibilities



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels

  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met
