Key Responsibilities

? Manage and optimize our YouTube advertising strategy, encompassing campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, creative direction, and performance evaluation.
? Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to produce compelling social media content that resonates with our audience and aligns with campaign objectives.
? Monitor and analyze key performance metrics on social media and YouTube, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
? Cultivate and engage our online communities, responding to interactions and building strong relationships with followers.
? Work in conjunction with digital marketing teams to ensure harmonious and effective cross-channel campaigns.
? Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in social media and YouTube advertising, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and impactful.

Required Skills
? Minimum of 7 years of experience in social media marketing with a strong emphasis on YouTube ad management.
? Proven track record in orchestrating and managing large-scale social media and video ad campaigns with measurable success.
? Expertise in YouTube ad formats, audience segmentation, and A/B testing methodologies.
? Familiarity with ad platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and TikTok Ads.
? Proficiency in social media analytics tools like Google Analytics and Sprout Social, along with YouTube performance metrics.
? Experience in budget management for paid social and video advertising initiatives.
